Job Summary: We are seeking Collection Agents to recover overdue accounts through direct field-based operational management, negotiating and closing payment commitments. Key Highlights: 1. Willingness to work in the field DOOR-TO-DOOR COLLECTION AGENT – EXITUS CREDIT At Exitus Credit, we are looking for Collection Agents to recover overdue accounts in the assigned area through direct field-based operational management and achievement of recovery targets. Activities * Recovery of overdue accounts through door-to-door collections * Management of overdue payments * Negotiation and closure of payment commitments * Locating and identifying delinquent customers * Monitoring and tracking of the assigned territory We Offer * Base salary of $10,000 NET per month * Food vouchers amounting to 7% of salary * Commission plan based on achievement of targets (no cap) * Christmas bonus: 15 days' salary * 12 vacation days * Vacation premium of 25% Requirements * Minimum education: High school (incomplete or completed) * Experience in extrajudicial collections (personal loans, group loans, payroll loans, etc.) * Personal motorcycle * Valid driver's license * Willingness to travel frequently * Ability to handle pressure and rejection * Strong negotiation and follow-up skills * Results-oriented mindset and administrative control capability * Willingness to work in the field Interested?
