**Responsibilities** * Supervise and control the physical and financial progress of housing projects, verifying compliance with schedules, estimates, logs, generators, and approved budgets. * Manage the supply, control, and recording of materials in warehouses under their responsibility, ensuring traceability, accurate valuation, and compliance with storage, delivery, and return policies. * Update and validate the company's land inventory, ensuring that information is always current. * Define, document, and supervise operational processes related to construction control, warehouse management, and land inventory, establishing standardized procedures and mechanisms for identification, control, and mitigation of operational and financial risks based on audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. * Generate reports and key performance indicators for construction control, warehouse operations, and land inventory, consolidating information for senior management and ensuring data-driven, verifiable decision-making. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * 5 years of experience in construction control, auditing, warehouse control, intermediate Excel, and document control. **Competencies** * Analytical skills. * Intelligence. * Initiative. * Results-oriented. * Leadership in change management.
