Job Summary: Develop architectural and engineering projects, ensuring technical and construction integration, as well as adherence to timelines, costs, and quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and conceptualize innovative architectural projects 2. Prepare architectural graphics and developments for visualization 3. Ensure the legal and technical feasibility of projects Requirements: Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field Residence in Morelia Experience: 3 years in positions such as Architectural Project Designer, Designer, or Senior Drafter Willingness to travel Mandatory: BIM modeling Objective: To develop architectural and engineering projects (complete executive projects), ensuring proper technical and construction integration, compliance with timelines, costs, quality, and contractual requirements. Responsibilities: 1- Develop, design, and conceptualize architectural projects to create spaces by analyzing client needs to provide functional and aesthetic solutions. 2- Prepare graphics (renders, scale models, and virtual walkthroughs), as well as develop architectural projects including finishes, carpentry, glazing, etc., for project visualization and validation by clients and authorities. 3- Review and monitor engineering projects in collaboration with specialists; attend to construction sites for clarifications and decisions to ensure the project’s legal feasibility. 4- Analyze anthropometric data and required specialties for the project, as well as assess design- and budget-related risks to minimize potential impacts and ensure the project’s legal feasibility.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education - Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience Keywords: planner, planificador, proyectista, construction, obra, edificar, edificacion
