At Constructora CAPISA, we are looking for a Process Engineer/Engineer who actively contributes to the optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement of our internal processes. Job Objective Oversee, analyze, and optimize the organization’s internal processes, ensuring operational efficiency, internal control, and quality across all areas, aligned with regulatory requirements and institutional guidelines. Key Responsibilities Analyze, document, and implement internal processes using methodologies such as BPM, flowcharts, SIPOC, and VSM. Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks such as COSO, ISO 9001, or similar standards. Identify improvement opportunities and apply continuous improvement methodologies. Define, monitor, and track performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure proper adherence to internal regulations and administrative procedures. Participate in the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of organizational processes. Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related degree. Proven experience in internal control and process documentation. Proficiency in management and analytical tools: Visio, Bizagi, Power BI, and advanced Excel. ERP platform experience is desirable. Solid knowledge of continuous improvement and process-based management. Key Competencies Analytical thinking and systemic approach. Strong sense of control and attention to detail.
