This position will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the IT infrastructure by delivering timely technical support and maintaining system quality and availability. **Position Objective:** Provide specialized technical support to internal users, ensuring the correct operation of equipment, networks, and computer systems through prompt incident resolution, preventive maintenance, and process documentation—thereby contributing to the Group’s operational continuity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Address and resolve technical incidents related to hardware, software, and networks. * Configure, install, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices. * Execute preventive maintenance plans for hardware and software. * Keep the IT asset inventory up to date. * Coordinate with external vendors for structured cabling installation and maintenance. * Document technical procedures, policies, and logs. * Advise and train users on the use of technological tools. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. * 1–2 years of experience in technical support and equipment administration. * Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals. * Familiarity with ITIL or Scrum methodologies. * Ability to solve technical problems analytically and with a service-oriented attitude. **We Offer:** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Professional development opportunities within an industry-leading company. * A collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
