This role is key in generating accurate financial reports, supporting strategic decision-making, and optimizing financial processes. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare **financial reports and variance analysis**. * Support the company's **budgeting and forecasting** processes. * Develop **financial models** for strategic and operational scenarios. * Analyze **revenue, costs, and expenses** to identify improvement opportunities. * Support the **financial management team** in data-driven decision-making. * Manage and optimize processes within **NetSuite**, ensuring **financial data integrity**. **Essential Requirements:** * Proven experience as an **FP\&A Analyst** (minimum 3 years). * **Advanced proficiency in NetSuite**. * Advanced Excel skills and ideally knowledge of **Power BI or other financial reporting tools**. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to **work under pressure**. * Excellent **communication and presentation of financial information**. **Desirable:** * Experience in **implementing financial processes**. * Knowledge of **accounting and corporate financial processes**.
