Requirements: * **Proven Experience:** Minimum of **1 to 2 years of successful experience** in **sales** (previous experience in the insurance or financial sector will be valued positively). * **Education Level:** Must have a **High School Diploma** or equivalent at minimum. * **Interpersonal Skills:** Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
