Job Summary: Construction Inspector responsible for ensuring the proper execution of housing projects, in compliance with regulations, quality standards, and client specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure quality and regulatory compliance in housing projects. 2. Conduct on-site verification of construction processes and documentation files. 3. Collaborate in preparing reports and key documentation. We are a company dedicated to housing and urban development inspection in Michoacán. **Job Objective:** Verify the correct execution of inspected works, ensuring compliance with guidelines, regulations, quality standards, project specifications, and any additional requirements set by the client. **Work Location:** Office and construction site at Camponubes subdivision in Morelia, Mich. **Some Key Duties:** Perform on-site verification of the proper execution of the 1,200-unit “Bienestar” housing project according to the approved design during each construction phase; maintain logbooks; review technical documentation files; examine records from the Quality Management System (SGC); prepare weekly reports; validate laboratory test results for quality control; draft official letters and other documents addressed to the contractor and INFONAVIT.
