As a **kitchen assistant**, you will support food preparation following established quality, hygiene, and safety standards. You will be responsible for keeping your work area clean and organized, receiving, storing, and arranging supplies, as well as preparing ingredients (washing, chopping, portioning) to facilitate production. You will also assist in product assembly, operate fryers and grills when required, and perform general cleaning of utensils, equipment, and surfaces.
