




PROFILE: Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field (Graduate or Intern) Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in bidding, budgeting, or contracts area (internships/professional practices accepted). REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Office suite and/or budgeting software (Opus). Intermediate AutoCAD skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and contracts. Understanding of bidding documents and applicable regulations. Construction site control. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in preparing technical and economic proposals for bids. Review bidding notices, clarification meetings, and required documentation. Assist in developing construction schedules and budgets. Prepare and manage construction and service contracts. Coordinate with different departments to gather information (technical, legal, administrative). File, control, and safeguard official documentation. Draft documents. Compile and organize information.
