Payroll Specialist

As a **Payroll Analyst**, you will be responsible for efficiently administering the company’s payroll, including calculation based on payroll incidents, recording payments of benefits and commissions, ensuring proper fulfillment of employee benefits and employer-employee obligations, monitoring timely payment of contributions and employer-related charges to various institutions—including IMSS, SAT, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and State Government—and maintaining accurate records within the company’s system.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Management, control, and application of payroll incidents in pre-payroll processing, aligned with the payroll calendar schedule (weekly and bi-weekly).
* Proficiency in payroll software (NOI).
* Calculation of employee payments (overtime, holidays, etc.).
* Calculation of salaries, severance pay, vacation entitlements, and benefits.
* Vacation payment and tracking.
* Processing of government-related procedures.
* Knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations, including the Federal Labor Law, IMSS Law, Payroll Tax regulations, etc.
* Addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll to resolve any discrepancies.
**Requirements:**
* **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting—mandatory.**
