




Job Summary: Support procurement management, from requesting quotations and preparing purchase orders to tracking deliveries and maintaining departmental administrative controls. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage quotations and purchase orders with suppliers. 2. Track deliveries and maintain up-to-date records. 3. Support procurement negotiations and administrative controls. Request and follow up on quotations with suppliers. Prepare purchase orders and verify that information is accurate. Track deliveries of materials, supplies, and services. Enter invoices into the system. Maintain updated supplier records, pricing, and purchasing terms. Compare costs, delivery times, and product quality to support decision-making. Verify material inventory levels and report purchasing needs. Support invoice, purchase order, and departmental documentation control and filing. Handle and follow up on issues related to procurement or suppliers. Prepare departmental administrative reports and controls. Support basic supplier negotiations under the supervision of the procurement department.
