· Notify the Construction Director of customer complaints and claims to prevent defects in future projects.
· Conduct daily inspections of the condominium (substation, pumps, pump stations, boilers, swimming pools, etc.) to supervise maintenance frequency, daily indicators, and follow up on items not functioning properly.
· Supervise condominium cleaning.
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to keep facilities in optimal condition.
· Promptly and accurately respond to reports regarding electrical, plumbing, metalwork, and finishing issues.
· Ensure properties and developments are delivered in optimal condition.
· Create a checklist specifying the required delivery conditions for properties or developments.
· Verify that the property or development meets quality standards and specifications.
· Manage and enforce warranties applicable to suppliers or services provided by third parties.
· Assist the sales team during property or development handover.
· Record customer complaints or observations made during property acceptance.
· Classify and address complaints or claims according to contract terms.
· Notify the Operations Director of customer complaints and claims to prevent such defects in future developments.
· Ensure receipt of all documentation to be delivered to the Condominium Administrator.
· Deliver as-built drawings, warranties, manuals, and instructions.
**Profile:**
· Age 35 years or older.
· Degree in Maintenance Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
· Proven experience in electricity, plumbing, metalwork, construction, and finishes.
· Knowledge of machinery and equipment.
**We Offer:**
