Description
The person in this position will be responsible for performing the milking process efficiently, hygienically, and safely, ensuring the quality and safety of the milk produced. Additionally, they will support the general care of the dairy herd and daily livestock operations in accordance with the company's established standards. Age range: 18 to 45 years; Gender: Male
Requirements
* Required education level: Junior high school / technical junior high school
* Experience: 6 months \- 1 year as a MILKING OPERATOR
* Knowledge(s) and tool(s):
+ 18 years or older
+ Gender: Unrestricted
+ Experience: Preferred 6 months – 1 year in milking or livestock handling (not mandatory if training is provided).
+ Basic knowledge of good milking practices and hygiene.
+ Physical capability for fieldwork.
+ Availability to work weekends or rotating shifts.

Schedule clarification: Monday to Sunday, 7:00–15:00; 15:00–23:00; and 23:00–7:00, with one weekday off per month on a rotating basis
Responsibilities and Activities
* Perform manual or mechanical milking according to established protocols.
* Maintain cleanliness and order in the milking area.
* Check cows' physical condition (udder condition, wounds, signs of mastitis, etc.).
* Assist in basic livestock feeding and pen changes when required.
* Separate milk upon detection of abnormalities or when animals are under treatment.
* Ensure livestock welfare before, during, and after milking.
* Comply with the company’s biosecurity, traceability, and quality standards.
* Wash, disinfect, and prepare milking equipment before and after each shift.
* Maintain basic daily production records, volumes, and incidents.
