The role involves managing and coordinating work teams to optimize the use of renewable energy. **Responsibilities:** * Manage monitoring and analysis of renewable energy systems. * Coordinate with technical teams for project implementation. * Analyze data and report progress and challenges in the use of sustainable energy. * Participate in meetings to discuss continuous improvement strategies. * Plan predictive, preventive, and emergency maintenance for refrigeration systems (air conditioners, chillers, cooling towers, heat exchangers, compressors, and compressed air). * Compliance with Mexican Official Standards for electrical and mechanical installations (inspections, piping regulations). * Procedures before CFE Transmisión, CRE, CENACE, and CNE. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in managing renewable energy projects. * Knowledge of sustainable energy technologies. * Ability to analyze and clearly present technical data. * Leadership and team coordination skills. * Knowledge of networks and communication protocols. * Knowledge of water treatment systems (WWTP, RO, DI, and potabilization systems). * Experience with data acquisition systems (SCADA). * Knowledge / expertise in electrical studies. * Knowledge of STPS regulations for electromechanical installations. **Benefits:** * We offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment. * You will have opportunities for continuous professional development. * Participation in projects that positively impact the environment.
