Continuous optimization of processes across all business units Join our team as HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER, where your primary responsibilities will include: * **Talent attraction and selection:** job posting, screening, interviews, and pre\-hiring. * **Personnel administration:** management of employment files and support for hiring decisions. * **Training and development:** implementation of training programs, internal talent development, and professional growth. * **Organizational climate and culture:** conflict resolution, employee motivation, team integration, and reinforcement of corporate values. * **Safety and compliance:** application of regulations, safety and hygiene standards, and occupational risk prevention. * **Operational supervision:** monitoring of working conditions and safety training. * **Control and analysis:** measurement of HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, workplace climate) and generation of reports. * **Continuous improvement:** optimization of processes across all business units. **Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in this role** **Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field** **Experience in recruitment and personnel management for teams exceeding 50 people (preferably in manufacturing and retail sectors).** Employment type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Free parking * Flexible working hours * Company phone * Free uniforms Work location: On\-site employment
