Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate daily production, ensure quality control, manage personnel, and improve systems to reduce costs and eliminate rework. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and coordination of daily production activities. 2. Personnel management and continuous improvement of production systems. 3. Cost reduction and optimization of manufacturing efficiency. Purpose of the Position: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities. Oversee quality control to ensure the final product meets production specifications and manage footwear personnel. Monitor the production plan and reduce production costs by avoiding reprocessing. Achieve daily production targets. Improve production systems (methods and procedures) by implementing a continuous improvement system. Reduce production costs and eliminate rework. Develop the potential of subordinates. Improve manufacturing efficiency. Track operational tasks, pending items, and order deliveries. Collaborate with other departments to achieve objectives and resolve problematic situations. Define responsibilities for departmental activities, ensuring equitable distribution of work among assigned operators while maintaining fair and respectful treatment. Plan, organize, and request all necessary manufacturing inputs in advance. Prepare and communicate the daily production plan to the team. Maintain machinery and equipment under optimal conditions. Enforce internal work regulations. Maintain optimal safety and cleanliness conditions.
