Customer Service

- Responsible for responding to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via phone, email, or chat. Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific features. Analyze and communicate failures in the delivery of finished products, whether caused by internal or external factors to the organization. **Competencies/Skills Required** * Interpersonal and communication skills * Data analysis * Proficiency and knowledge of SAP system * Advanced knowledge of Excel * 90% English proficiency * Goal-oriented mindset * Teamwork * Proactivity * Organizational and leadership skills**General Responsibilities** * Effective communication with customers * Maintain timely communication with customers through various electronic channels established by the organization * Requirement validation * Monitoring customer-transmitted requirements * Analyze fluctuations between transmissions * Escalate differences between transmissions to either the customer or the organization, and define the appropriate action plan * Notify specific situations to relevant departments for proper response and follow-up * Planning shipment windows * Define and communicate to warehouse (if applicable) or shipping (in case of direct intra-Mexico shipments) the required finished product to meet customer-requested shipment windows * Generate and track claims for obsolete material due to requirement changes from the customer * Analyze requirements transmitted during a production program that has ended, in order to determine remaining inventory within the organization eligible for claim under customer-established policies and procedures * Follow up on claims related to obsolescence, overtime, or unplanned transportation submitted to the customer * Timely escalation of needs—either from the organization or the customer—to the supervisor for prompt resolution of opportunities * Maintain constant communication with the supervisor regarding any situation that may require escalation due to internal or external organizational reasons, enabling timely response to any urgent needs arising from customer requirements.**Required Trainings** * Orientation \+ Basic Training / On BoardingPrivacy Notice \- Active Candidates: https://www.aptiv.com/privacy\-notice\-active\-candidates Aptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
