




* Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impression. * Escort diners to their tables, ensuring they feel comfortable and well attended from the very beginning. * Manage and coordinate reservations, both in person and via telephone, social media, and other digital channels. * Maintain an up-to-date waiting list and arrival order, effectively managing customer flow during peak hours. * Provide basic information about the menu, special events, or current promotions when requested. * Collaborate with the dining room team to optimize table assignments and ensure smooth service. * Assist with visual organization and cleanliness of the reception area. * Serve as the liaison between customers and the service team, promptly and courteously addressing concerns or special requests.
