Job stability and growth opportunities **Counter Sales Advisor** At Plaforama, we are looking for your talent as a Counter Sales Advisor. **Requirements** * Completed high school diploma (mandatory). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in: * Counter sales * Cash handling and cashier operations * Billing and collections * Customer service and follow-up * Basic Microsoft Office skills. * Excellent communication skills, service-oriented attitude, initiative, and teamwork. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service at the branch and via telephone. * Advise customers on products and solutions based on their needs. * Prepare quotations and follow up on orders. * Enter orders into the system and route them to billing. * Handle cash, process payments, and perform daily cash reconciliations. * Achieve assigned sales targets. * Comply with internal policies and procedures. **We Offer** * Monthly salary: $12,300 GROSS * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, PTU) * 12% savings fund * 10% food vouchers * 38% vacation bonus * Christmas bonus: 30 days (15 statutory + 15 additional) * Productivity bonuses * Savings box * Free uniforms * Employee discounts * Job stability and growth opportunities **Schedule** * Monday to Saturday * Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Location** Vialidad Arroyo de la Plata 249, Centro, 98600 Guadalupe, Zac.
