Our core pillar is based on the philosophy “People First”, delivering holistic and unique experiences that integrate each individual’s personal life stage with their professional career path within our team. *Join Our Team!* **Experience Required:** * Not required; ideally 6 months in fruit selection and sorting at plant level, grinding assistants, and drum sealing. * Prior work experience in production environments complying with quality and food safety standards. **Technical Knowledge:** * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety. * Plant hygiene and safety standards, safe food handling, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Identification of common fruit defects (ripeness, damage, blemishes, pests) and rejection/approval criteria. **Responsibilities:** * Select, inspect, and sort fruits along the production line according to quality specifications and plant standards. * Remove defective or contaminated fruit and segregate into designated containers, ensuring batch traceability. * Record relevant fruit characteristics and report incidents to the quality or line supervisor. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area; disinfect surfaces and tools per established procedures. * Comply with and promote safety standards, PPE usage, and lockout/tagout procedures where applicable. * Participate in continuous improvement activities and training related to quality and food safety. **Competencies:** * Attention to detail and focus on product quality. * Responsibility and commitment to safety and hygiene. * Teamwork and effective communication with operators and supervisors. * Ability to maintain a consistent work pace and tolerance for plant conditions (temperature, noise). * Proactivity in identifying and reporting deviations or opportunities for improvement. **Education and Additional Requirements:** * Completed secondary education; candidates with completed primary education and verifiable experience in fruit selection or production lines will also be considered. * Availability to rotate shifts under a 4-on/3-off schedule. * Work shifts: 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM and 07:00 PM to 07:00 AM. **Our Value Proposition:** *Competitive salary plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements.* *Opportunities for growth and development within the company.* *Join Our Team!*
