**Job Title:** Artificial Vision Engineer – Junior Level **Location**: Zacatecas (On-site) **Contract Type:** Full Time **Job Description:** We are looking for a Junior Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision Engineer to join our technological innovation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial vision algorithms and machine learning, as well as enthusiasm for applying this knowledge to real-world projects. The candidate will work in a collaborative environment supporting the development, training, and validation of AI models applied to visual perception. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field. **Experience:** * 0–2 years of experience (professional internships, academic or personal projects count). * Experience in projects using Python and computer vision libraries (OpenCV, scikit-image). * Basic knowledge of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). **Technical Skills:** * Python programming (essential). * Object detection and segmentation architectures (YOLO, Faster R-CNN, Mask R-CNN, Detectron2, etc). * Knowledge of image and signal processing. * Proficiency with data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib). * Experience with Git and collaborative platforms. * Technical English (documentation reading, conversational skills desirable). **Desirable:** * Knowledge of Deep Learning techniques (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers applied to vision). * Experience with GPU or accelerated environments (CUDA, cuDNN). * Familiarity with deployment on embedded devices (NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry Pi, MaaXBoard). * Participation in research projects, competitions, or AI hackathons. **Soft Skills:** * Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies. * Analytical problem-solving ability. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
