Job Summary: The HR Manager oversees the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to talent development, and enhances the organizational climate. Key Responsibilities: 1. Internal talent development and training plans 2. Comprehensive personnel management and improvement of organizational climate 3. Support in conflict management and staff integration **AS HR MANAGER, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** · Posting job vacancies · Screening candidates · Conducting interviews and evaluations · Pre\-hiring of suitable personnel *(Final hiring decisions are made by unit managers)* · Maintaining personnel files · Implementing training programs · Developing staff training and development plans · Fostering internal talent development · Supporting conflict management · Implementing initiatives to improve organizational climate · Facilitating staff integration, organizing small events such as birthdays, best branches, best employees, etc.) **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in this role * Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field * Experience in recruitment and personnel management for teams exceeding 50 people (preferably in manufacturing and retail sectors).
