This combination creates an environment where ideas develop faster, accountability is real, and impact is visible. **YOUR ROLE** Reporting to Ordering Management, you will be responsible for controlling and maintaining inventory levels, optimizing transportation resources, negotiating with suppliers to improve delivery timelines, and preventing downtime due to raw material shortages. . **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / International Trade / International Business / Computer Systems Engineering * Basic computer equipment proficiency * Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office suite * Teamwork * Data handling and analysis skills * Strategic thinking * Proactivity * Decision-making ability * Problem analysis and resolution * SAP system knowledge and usage (Desirable) * Ability to work under pressure * English proficiency: 80% reading, speaking, and comprehension **YOUR EXPERIENCE/RESPONSIBILITIES** * Maintain and control raw material inventory levels. * Identify and mitigate critical raw material part numbers by downloading inventory data from SAP; once risks are detected, explore options such as transferring material from other APTIV plants, expediting direct shipments from suppliers or warehouses, or negotiating purchases with external distributors. * Identify and mitigate raw material part numbers at risk of obsolescence; cancel unnecessary future orders to suppliers, relocate materials to other plants, or execute external sales. Optimize transportation resources * Identify part numbers for which the supplier is past due/behind schedule and negotiate with the supplier to cover transportation costs. * Apply Premium Freight correctly according to priority to avoid production impact risk. * Negotiate with suppliers to advance orders where possible, thereby reducing reliance on Premium Freight. Prevent downtime due to raw material shortages. * Ensure sufficient quantities arrive on time to meet daily production requirements. Participation and execution in implementing the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001\) and Environmental Management System (ISO 14001\). WHY JOIN US? * Grow with purpose.
