Job Summary: Supervise the execution of the sales plan, order and vehicle delivery, ensure compliance with policies, and train subordinate staff. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and execution of the automotive sales plan. 2. Leadership and training of sales personnel. 3. Results-oriented approach and management of performance indicators (KPIs). Location: Fresnillo, Zacatecas Key Responsibilities: * Monitor progress toward achieving the sales plan and determine necessary preventive and corrective actions * Maintain ongoing communication to track delivery of submitted orders * Ensure and promote the distributor's adherence to Geely's evaluation policies * Provide job orientation, training, and mentoring to subordinate staff according to departmental needs * Supervise timely delivery of vehicles to customers **Requirements:** * Proven experience in automotive sales (minimum 2 years in a similar position). * Bachelor's degree. * Leadership skills, customer orientation, and results-driven mindset. * Proficiency in performance indicators (KPIs) and process control. * Proficiency in CRM, DMS, and Microsoft Office suite.
