### **AZTECA BANK** ### **BRANCH: Tres Cruces** ### **BANK TELLER WANTED** ### **Position Objective** Ensure customers receive excellent service and attention by performing requested transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently. **Main Responsibilities** * Serve customers and users promptly, courteously, and error-free at the counter and mobile teller. * Conduct all operations honestly and in strict compliance with banking regulations and company values. * Comply with Bank of Mexico regulations, BAZ’s cash handling policies and procedures, and the 7’s methodology. * Safeguard cash within the secure area and adhere to bunker security measures. * Achieve cash productivity targets and implement the anti-line queue plan. * Provide courteous and friendly service to encourage customer return visits and referrals. **Requirements** * One year of experience as a teller or handling cash. * Enjoy interacting with customers. * Availability to rotate shifts. (One week morning shift, next week afternoon shift until closing) * Availability to work weekends. * Integrity in performing duties. **Value Proposition** * Starting salary: $1,740 weekly. * Weekly commissions: $600 MXN. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year—increasing according to seniority. * Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. Weekly rotating schedule. One weekend day off per month.
