### **BANCO AZTECA SUC CENTRO ZACATECAS** Hiring: Financial Services Advisor Gender: Indifferent Minimum experience: 1 year; Bachelor’s degree, incomplete or completed AVAILABILITY TO ROTATE SHIFTS ### **Job Objective** Ensure an excellent customer experience by selling savings, investment, and insurance products to build long-term relationships. **Main Responsibilities** * Advise customers on Banco Azteca’s various savings, investment, and insurance products, promoting cross-selling. * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with a loan. * Guarantee proper implementation and execution of the deposit-capture, insurance, AFORE, and payroll strategies. * Open deposit accounts with balances and grow customer balances. * Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. * Obtain certification as an AFORE Promoter Agent. * Cambaceo: promoting products outside the point of sale. * Make calls to place payroll and pensioner loans. * Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals. **Requirements** * Strong verbal communication skills. * Enjoyment of customer interaction. * Experience in marketing financial products and services related to savings, investment, and insurance. * Knowledge of AFOREs. * Goal- and objective-oriented. * Experience in field-based customer prospecting activities / cambaceo. * Availability to rotate shifts and work weekends. * Honesty in performing duties. **Value Proposition** * Base salary starting at: $2,000 per week. * Weekly commissions: $860 MXN. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year—increasing according to seniority.
