Cash custody and implementation of security measures. ### **BANCO AZTECA** ### **CALERA ZAC BRANCH** ### **BANK TELLERS WANTED** ### **Job Objective** Ensure customers receive excellent attention and service by promptly, accurately, and efficiently executing requested transactions. **Main Responsibilities** * Serve customers and users at the counter and mobile teller unit quickly, courteously, and error-free. * Conduct all operations honestly and in strict compliance with banking regulations and corporate values. * Comply with Banco de México regulations, BAZ’s cash policies and procedures, and the 7S methodology. * Safeguard cash within the secure area and follow bunker security measures. * Achieve cash productivity targets and implement the anti-line queue plan. * Provide courteous and friendly service to encourage customer return and referrals. **Requirements** * One year of experience as a teller or handling cash. * Enjoyment of customer interaction. * Availability to rotate shifts. (ONE WEEK MORNING, NEXT WEEK AFTERNOON UNTIL CLOSING) * Availability to work weekends. * Honesty in performing duties. **Value Proposition** * Starting salary: $1,740 weekly. * Weekly commissions: $600 MXN. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, year-end bonus of 15 days per year—increasing with seniority. * Working Conditions: 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off.
