Collaborates with procurement and production departments Job Responsibilities: 1. Daily tracking of warehouse material receipts and shipments to ensure accurate inventory records; 2. Preparation of inventory reports and prompt reporting of inventory discrepancies; 3. Assistance with physical inventory counts, documentation of discrepancies, and analysis of causes; 4. Archiving warehouse statistical documents and maintaining statistical ledgers; 5. Collaboration with procurement and production departments to verify material requirements. Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse statistics experience preferred; 2. Proficient in Excel and other office software with strong data sensitivity; 3. Detail-oriented and responsible with basic data analysis skills; 4. Understanding of warehouse management processes and adherence to warehouse regulations.
