Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with current internal standards, policies, and procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Validate assigned accounts daily, following up on discrepancies according to applicable timeframes and policies. * Consult relevant systems for postings and transactions in order to determine the cause of variances, generate and/or eliminate offsetting entries to reconcile them. * Gather supporting documentation for each reconciled item and store it in the designated repository, ensuring compliance with established policies. * Analyze daily the pending items resulting from assigned reconciliations, following up on identified discrepancies until they are permanently resolved. * Request the accounting recording of entries determined during reconciliation for their elimination and/or send emails to the responsible area to balance the account.
