Description and details of activities * Responsible for daily accounting processes including invoices, banking, booking & billing reporting, etc. * Ensure accuracy in daily GL, Fixed Assets, Cost, AR/AP, VAT, etc. * Ensure timely and accurate finance monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports. * Monthly: Send monthly closing reports to headquarters. * Quarterly: Send quarterly closing, booking & billing, and Q1-Q3 reports to headquarters. * Yearly: Send yearly closing, booking & billing, Q4, and YEE reports to headquarters. Experience and requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's * degree or CPA/CMA qualification is preferred. * 5+ years of experience in a financial management role within a manufacturing environment. * Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. * Proficiency in financial software (e.g., IFS, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills. * Familiarity with financial reporting tools. IFS and Tagetik is a strong advantage. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. * Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations of México, including local GAAP and IFRS. * Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. * Experience managing a team of finance professionals. * Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
