Do you have experience in the Avocado Industry, personnel management, and goal achievement?...We invite you to join our **West Pak Family!** We have an opening for you as a **Production Supervisor**... **Responsibilities:** * Design the production plan by analyzing product demand with short-, medium-, and long-term projections. * Create daily scheduling to organize workflow and staff responsibilities within your area to achieve daily objectives. * Manage continuous improvement of packaging-area production processes. * Conduct daily productivity analysis per shift, considering resources and external factors that may affect daily objectives. * Reduce production costs. * Ensure fruit packaging quality according to customer specifications. * Develop human potential to increase productivity. * Reduce absenteeism and turnover through efficient administration and execution of retention and motivation strategies. * Implement company policies, processes, and procedures regarding Industrial Safety, Personnel Administration, Labor Processes, Quality, and Food Safety within the packaging area. **Knowledge:** * Personnel management * Continuous improvement * Strategic planning * ERP * Knowledge of the avocado industry (preferred). **Skills:** * Leadership * Effective communication * Teamwork * Conflict resolution * Negotiation * Decision-making * Proactivity **Work schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **Candidate profile:** **Education:** Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering, Industrial Relations. **Experience:** 2–3 years of experience in personnel and production process supervision.
