Position: Kitchen Manager – Balboa Brewery Job Objective Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the proper operation of the kitchen, guaranteeing quality, flavor, presentation, and service timing aligned with the Balboa experience. Main Responsibilities * Supervise the kitchen’s daily operations. * Coordinate and lead kitchen staff (chefs and assistants). * Ensure proper preparation and presentation of dishes. * Inventory, supplies, and order management. * Supervise compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. * Optimize service timing during peak hours. * Support menu development and improvement. * Waste and cost control. * Constant communication with bar staff and management to ensure smooth operations. Requirements * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Kitchen Manager or Head Chef. (Not mandatory; good seasoning matters more) * Knowledge of hygienic food handling. * Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure. * Organization, responsibility, and proactive attitude. * Flexible availability (weekends and evenings). * Passion for gastronomy and excellent service.
