Job Title: HR \& Office Operations Manager (Guadalajara) **Company:** Davies Imaging Group (DIG) Mexico **Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco (On\-site / Providencia area) **Reporting to:** Director of Production Operations **Language Requirement:** Professional English (100% Bilingual) **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sharp) **About the Role** DIG Mexico is a high\-velocity production engine, not a traditional administrative office. We have grown from a one\-person startup to a team of 16\+ elite producers in two years. We are looking for an **HR \& Office Operations Manager** who views themselves as a **Production Partner**, not just an administrator. In this role, you aren't just "managing people"—you are safeguarding the efficiency and the heartbeat of the office. You will work directly with and report to the Director of Production Operations to ensure that our producers have 100% administrative clarity and that our team remains cohesive and high\-performing. **The "Operator" Mindset** We value **Facts\-First** communication. You must be highly organized, punctual (7:35 AM start), and take pride in being the **Main Point of Contact** for all HR\-related matters. **Key Responsibilities** * **Primary HR Lead:** Serve as the main point of contact for all HR matters, including employee relations, compliance, and conflict resolution. * **Performance Governance:** Lead and document **Quarterly Performance Reviews** for all staff. You will work with the Director to translate production data into growth roadmaps. * **Team Cohesion \& Morale:** Proactively manage office morale and team cohesion. You are responsible for ensuring a high\-trust, high\-velocity culture where people feel supported but held to a high standard. * **Recruitment \& Onboarding:** End\-to\-end talent acquisition. You will be responsible for **writing job descriptions**, posting on Indeed/LinkedIn, and managing the onboarding cycle for new "Level Up" milestones. * **Financial Administration:** Mastery of **Time Tracking** and **Payroll Processing**. You ensure 100% accuracy and transparency in compensation and attendance records. * **Operational Accountability:** Maintain the daily "Source of Truth" for office tasks. You will provide weekly audits of administrative output directly to the Director. * **Production Support:** Assist in the manual intake\-to\-production pipeline (Spec\+ and QMI workflows), ensuring client orders are converted into project priorities (P1s) without delay. **Requirements** * **Experience:** 3\-5 years in HR, Office Management, or Operations. Experience in a production or tech\-heavy environment is a plus. * **Bilingual Mastery:** Professional fluency in English is mandatory. You must be able to lead reviews and draft high\-level documentation in English. * **Technical Competency:** Proficiency in payroll software, time\-tracking tools, and project management platforms (Zoho experience is a bonus). * **Loyalty \& Alignment:** You understand the chain of command.
