Review visits that could not be completed the previous week and make corresponding adjustments to ensure customer coverage in the next scheduling. During collections, issue and deliver to the customer a detailed payment receipt specifying invoices to be settled, amounts, and payment method. If receiving cash or check payments, make the bank deposit and reference the deposit with the customer's internal account number.
