We are seeking a **Test Manager** to lead and develop comprehensive test plans while overseeing QA initiatives within the healthcare sector. Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance automation using Playwright and GitHub Copilot, implement GenAI\-driven testing strategies, and maintain key performance metrics. Join us to drive advanced testing solutions that improve product quality and innovation. **Responsibilities** * Develop a comprehensive Master Test Plan covering hardware, interfaces, and all testing scopes * Collaborate with Program Management to plan test schedules, allocate resources, and communicate project status and risks * Establish standardized templates for test cases, scripts, reviews, and bug reports while defining and monitoring KPIs and quality metrics * Set test levels and types, verify test cases align with requirements, and define test strategy alongside Product Managers and Engineering Leads * Ensure traceability by mapping test cases to requirements * Manage test environments, data, stubs, simulators, and integration points, cooperating with DevOps to maintain these setups * Define release readiness criteria including quality gates, defect limits, performance, and security standards * Analyze test outcomes and defect trends to facilitate continuous process improvements * Lead and mentor a cross\-functional QA team, promoting knowledge in test plans, strategies, and automation with a quality\-centric culture * Incorporate GitHub Copilot, MCP servers, and GenAI technologies to automate QA workflows and test creation * Configure and maintain Xray within Jira, organizing test repositories and workflows * Oversee integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines with quality gates and real\-time reporting * Provide guidance on selecting and deploying automation tools such as Playwright, Supertest, Wiremock, and Pact * Maintain Jira/Xray dashboards to monitor test progress, environment health, and execution metrics * Automate test execution in Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline with integrated reporting and alerting **Requirements** * 2\+ years of experience in test management including Master Test Plan development and automation strategy formulation * Strong knowledge of QA methodologies covering functional and non\-functional testing * Hands\-on expertise with automation frameworks and tools like Playwright, Supertest, Wiremock, Pact, k6, Docker Compose/TestContainers, and LocalStack * Experience using Jira, Xray, and managing CI/CD pipelines, particularly with Azure DevOps * Background in mentoring QA and Automation teams fostering environments focused on quality * Excellent communication skills and capability in stakeholder management * Experience defining and tracking KPIs and quality metrics * Familiarity with DevOps practices and environment configuration * Analytical capabilities for defect analysis and continuous process enhancements * Experience with AI\-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot applied in QA processes * English proficiency at B2 level (Upper\-Intermediate) **Nice to have** * Understanding of large language models, GenAI technologies, and prompt engineering * Experience with AI\-driven test creation and coverage improvement techniques * Knowledge of hardware and external interface testing * Skills in managing test data, stubs, simulators, and integration processes * Expertise in security and performance testing tools including k6 and Grafana
