JOIN OUR TEAM!** **Objective:** Provide first-level technical support to internal and external users, resolving incidents related to software, hardware, networks, and collaborative platforms, ensuring operational continuity and customer satisfaction. **Required:** experience administering the Office 365 console and Active Directory. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and manage tickets via email and the support portal. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues (Microsoft 365, Active Directory, hardware, and networks). * Update the ticketing system with case tracking and closure. * Generate support reports and response time metrics. * Conduct internal and external training on technological tools. * Participate in technical certification processes. **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (completed, incomplete, or in progress). **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft 365, email, Outlook, Office, Windows, and customer service. * Desired experience handling incidents related to Microsoft 365\. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- incomplete **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** IT Services and Consulting **Skills:** * Microsoft 365 *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69ab4d982e00002400d59b7f\&source\=indeed*
