Overview: Use Calibri 18 font here Responsibilities: Lead the promotion of EHS culture being responsible for maintaining the safest working environment. * Lead and manage the operations plan within organizational policies and procedures. * Lead actions and efforts among different managers to ensure production with quality and productivity standards. * Promote talent development and performance management processes. * Lead actions to maintain plant metrics, including Quality, HR, EHS, Production and Productivity according to defined objectives. * Lead the implementation of corporate programs and initiatives. * Support functional areas in managing and implementing Quality and EHS management systems, as well as ISO, OSHAS, NEEC / CTPAT. * Responsible for plant P \&L. * Supervise, approve and manage the annual plant operations budget. * Ensure continuous improvement process across the entire plant through SMART projects. * Ensure investment projects align with business strategy. * May be responsible for ensuring material availability for manufacturing process and protection of finished products. Qualifications: Education – Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field, Master's degree desirable. Experience \- At least 5\-7 years of production leadership experience, desirable experience in acrylic, ceramic, metal-mechanic or cement processes. Knowledge – Lean Manufacturing/ P\&L/TPM/ Quality Management Systems/ Green or Black Belt certification desirable. Skills and abilities – Responsible, Analytical, Strategic thinking.
