Promote a culture of compliance with regulations and ethical business practices within the organization. 2\. Drive the implementation of the ethics and compliance program and prevent, detect, and correct violations of laws, Baxter policies, and the code of conduct. 3\. Control and manage receipt of carrier manifests. 4\. Monitor Cedis operations. 5\. Manage occupancy projections and decision-making related to volume versus resources. 6\. Administration and management of 3PL warehouse operations. 7\. Knowledge of quality management systems related to document changes and tracking of NCRs. 8\. Responsible for executing all receiving, picking, storage, distribution, and corresponding transaction processes in the relevant computerized management systems (WMS / ERP), strictly adhering to SOPs, EHS, and any applicable regulations. 9\. Control and distribution of radio frequency and voice equipment. 10\. Supervise shift personnel (attendance, punctuality). 11\. Release and monitor operational volume. 12\. Productivity compliance. (Based on Tableau and database). 13\. Manage incidents and resolve process issues. 14\. Report equipment, forklifts, PPE, satellite carts, and other infrastructure issues. **What you will bring:** 1\. Completed high school or partially completed administrative degree. 2\. 1 year of experience in warehouse areas in similar positions. 3\. Experience using information technology tools. (Preferably WMS /ERP). 4\. Warehouse operations, inbound and outbound control. 5\. Generic inventory and accounting reports. 6\. Warehouse Management. 7\.
