Lead complex AI projects from detailed scope definition through resource management to ensure efficient and effective execution. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams by facilitating communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering collaboration to optimize productivity. Ensure proactive risk and dependency management by identifying obstacles, developing mitigation plans, and communicating impacts to minimize disruptions. Requirements and Technical Skills Manage stakeholder expectations at all levels by providing transparent reporting, handling scope changes, and negotiating solutions to maintain alignment. Evaluate project performance using metrics, lessons learned, and post\-implementation analysis to identify improvements and optimize future projects. Advise sponsors on initiative feasibility, risk, and value by delivering cost\-benefit analyses and scenarios to support informed decision\-making. Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 4–6 years as a Project Manager on technology projects, with at least 2 years of direct experience in AI projects. Skills: Ability to work under pressure, high quality standards, and results\-oriented mindset.
