Job Summary:
Responsible for controlling and supervising the entry, exit, and parking of units; coordinating maneuvers; and ensuring the physical and documentary status of the fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Control and supervision of units and fleet.
2. Coordination of logistical operations in the yard.
3. Management of vehicle documentation and physical condition.
· Monitor unit entries and exits.
· Conduct checklists upon unit arrival (failures reported by operators, visual inspection).
· Assign parking positions.
· Coordinate loading and unloading maneuvers.
· Supervise unit dwell times.
· Verify yard space availability.
· Inspect the physical and mechanical conditions of the entire fleet.
· Coordinate with traffic control regarding unit availability.
· Ensure timely delivery of units as scheduled.
· Report operational incidents in real time (e.g., collisions).
· Coordinate workshop cleanliness and order.
· Select tires for validation of renewal, disposal, and spare parts.
· Monthly tire semaphore review.
· Ensure all unit documentation—including utility vehicles—is up to date (e.g., registration card, physical-mechanical verification, anti-pollution verification, valid insurance policy).
· Receive units upon registration of decommissioning.
Create work orders in the system.
Salary: $13,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month
