We seek talent eager to grow with us and join a dynamic team. **Job Objective:** To monitor daily operations, ensuring compliance with established processes, timelines, and standards through continuous execution of tasks, incident identification, and actions that maintain operational continuity and efficiency. **Responsibilities:** \- Inventory monitoring and control through periodic physical validations. \- Receiving, storing, and preparing orders to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations. \- Unloading vehicles while verifying the physical condition of cargo and transport equipment. \- Order preparation: picking, palletizing, labeling, and loading, in accordance with client manuals and guidelines. \- Verification of correct loads, ensuring clean, organized vehicles with properly arranged cargo. **Technical Skills:** \- Inventory control and management. \- Validation and control of cargo inflows and outflows. \- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics. \- Operational audits and cyclic inventories. \- Use of pallet jacks and hand trucks. **Soft Skills:** \- Proactivity. \- Ability to handle pressure and sense of urgency. \- Service-oriented attitude. \- Teamwork.
