Guarantee that physical stock quantities match digital records through audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations. Monitor real-time inventory levels, ensuring alignment between system records (SAP, WMS, etc.) and physical products. Perform scheduled cycle counts and physical audits to identify discrepancies and apply necessary adjustments. Validate product receipts and shipments, including returns, rejections, and reverse logistics.
