A company dedicated to construction with over 18 years in the market is looking for its new talent as: **Facilities and Installation Manager** **What we need:** Knowledge of mechanical, electromechanical, structural, architectural, civil, electrical, control and automation, and special installation construction systems. \*Proficiency in project planning software and construction programs (PROJECT) at intermediate/expert level. \*Proficiency in software (Autocad/Solid Work). \*Proficiency in unit price software (NEODATA, OPUS) at intermediate level. \*Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical schematics. \*Management of turnkey executive projects. **Responsibilities:** \*Plan, organize, and supervise installation and assembly projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. \*Schedule and conduct execution and progress presentations to our client, including financial and technical reports. \*Verify and ensure that technical systems (mechanical, electromechanical, structural, architectural, civil, electrical, control and automation, and special installations) are installed according to approved designs. \*Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory protocols during and upon completion of execution (laboratory tests, programming, equipment calibration). \*Ensure the full implementation, from start to finish, of work logs and change control records. \*Coordinate and assign roles to engineers, site managers, supervisors, technicians, and/or operators based on their functions and specialties. **What we offer:** Biweekly pay Statutory benefits Free parking On-site dining service.
