Position Summary: We are seeking a New Product Development Trainee to support the creation and improvement of gluten-free frozen bakery products. Key Highlights: 1. Part of the New Product Development team. 2. Support in documentation and supplier development. 3. Participation in continuous improvement and technical reporting. VACANCY: NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT TRAINEE At DeOrno, a leading company in gluten-free frozen bakery products, we are looking for talent to join our New Product Development team. · Work Location DeOrno Plant, Tultitlán, Cartagena Industrial Park · Working Hours Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional Saturday (with one weekday day off) · Candidate Profile Age: 22 to 26 years Gender: Female Education: Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field English: Intermediate · Required Knowledge Office software proficiency (Excel, Word) Basic laboratory and microbiology knowledge (theoretical) Food safety (FSSC 22000, basic theoretical level) Food quality National food regulations (basic level) Basic technical documentation management · Job Responsibilities Support in maintaining documentation for new and existing product line projects Quoting external laboratory services Supporting supplier development for raw materials together with the Procurement department Preparing technical specifications for raw materials and finished products Reviewing and releasing materials and packaging (documentation) Reviewing recipes and processing conditions Developing procedures and flowcharts for new projects Supporting analysis of quality deviations and process parameters Participating in action plans and continuous improvement initiatives with other departments Preparing technical reports Supporting laboratory testing and sample analysis Supporting the Sales department in field activities with customers · Experience and Knowledge Proficiency in office tools Theoretical knowledge in laboratory and microbiology Basic knowledge in food safety and quality Basic food regulatory knowledge · Notes Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional Saturdays with a weekday day off Fixed day off: Sunday · We Offer Competitive salary (mixed compensation scheme) Statutory benefits Life insurance Professional development within the organization · Important: Only candidates matching the specified profile will be considered.-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree years of experience Age: between 22 and 26 years Keywords: apprentice, apprentice, internship, trainee
