Expect a supportive, collaborative culture, hybrid working flexibility, and ongoing professional development to help you grow. **The Role** As the Learner Engagement Manager, you ll be the driving force behind learner recruitment and engagement across West Yorkshire. **You ll:** * Manage the learner journey from first enquiry through to enrolment. * Build and nurture partnerships with Jobcentre Plus, community organisations, and local employers. * Deliver 6 8 Bootcamp cohorts per month, ensuring quality and compliance. * Promote programmes through digital outreach and community engagement. * Collaborate with delivery and compliance teams to hit engagement, retention, and progression targets.
