Multifunctional duties supporting production and quality control A leading company in the manufacturing of bakery and pastry products is seeking talent due to growth. **FORKLIFT OPERATOR** **Education:** Completed or incomplete secondary school / high school preferred **Competencies:** · Organized · Responsible and proactive · Positive attitude · Flexible availability · Must reside near the facility (no more than 45 minutes away) **Experience:** Experience operating narrow-aisle walkie stackers (Double Rich) **Competencies:** Proper handling of raw materials Expiration date management Willingness to perform multifunctional tasks Inventory management Handling of heavy loads Knowledge of the 5S methodology Expiration date management FIFO Color-coding system Basic PC skills Knowledge of FIFO Product stacking Product picking knowledge **Responsibilities:** ° Unload raw materials delivered by suppliers, ensuring proper handling precautions. ° Verify quantities against purchase orders. ° Properly store raw materials and supplies according to product type classification, allergens, flours, packaging, etc., while observing FIFO and expiration dates. ° Fulfill written requests for pre-mixes, production, and sanitation materials in accordance with the Production Schedule. ° Assist in conducting the monthly inventory of raw materials, supplies, and allergens based on the existing product list. ° Assist in conducting the monthly inventory of raw materials, supplies, and allergens based on the existing product list. ° Follow instructions for deep cleaning of the warehouse to ensure finished product safety, including aisles, shelving, drains, gutters, and walls. ° Daily adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to maintain the Integrated Food Safety Management System (SGIA). ° Control, monitoring, and follow-up of CCPs: Raw material receipt. ° Shift handover and logbook documentation, reporting pending items and incidents. ° Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. ° Timely follow-up on PEPs **Contact:** Resume submission mandatory **Email:** eplata@ble.mx WhatsApp **554\*\*515\*\*0\*\*739 with Lic.
