We seek committed talent eager to grow professionally and become part of a brand recognized nationally and internationally. **Responsibilities** · Operate and supervise PET container blow molding machines. · Start up, adjust, and shut down the machine according to established parameters. · Verify product quality (weight, shape, finish, and resistance). · Detect and report mechanical or process failures. · Perform basic adjustments during the production process. · Meet assigned production schedules. · Maintain a clean and organized work area. · Complete production, rejection, and machine downtime reports. · Apply industrial safety standards and GMP. · Support mold changes and line startups. · Segregate non-conforming products and report them to the supervisor. **Requirements** · Completed or incomplete engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, or related field). · Minimum **1 to 3 years** of experience in general accounting. *Recent graduates* *with related experience through social service and/or professional internships in the accounting field will be considered.* **Knowledge in:** · Basic operation of blow molding machines. · Process parameters (temperature, pressure, timing). · Product quality inspection. · Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). · Industrial safety and use of PPE. **We Offer** · **Gross monthly salary of $15,500.00 MXN.** · Direct employment with the company. · Competitive salary commensurate with experience. · Statutory benefits: o 100% IMSS registration o Vacation, vacation premium, and year-end bonus · Bi-weekly payments. **Additional Benefits** · Grocery vouchers. · Savings fund. · Free uniforms. · Employee discounts. **Conditions** · Position type: Full-time. · Work modality: On-site. · Probationary period: 3 months as stipulated by law. *Upon completion of the probationary period, an* ***indefinite-term contract*** *will be granted, subject to performance evaluation.* *Potential* ***salary adjustment based on experience, results, and achievement of objectives***, *in accordance with company policies.* **Work Schedule and Availability** · Work location: **Tultitlán, State of Mexico**. · Working schedule: **Monday to Sunday (rotating across all 3 shifts)** · Rotating days off · Availability to work on the **first day of each month**, even if it coincides with a holiday or day off, according to departmental operational needs and the **Federal Labor Law (LFT)**. **Equal Opportunity** At Jarritos, we promote an inclusive workplace.
