The primary objective of this position is to support production processes while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards, thereby contributing to the manufacture of our specialized construction products. **Main Responsibilities** Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures. Perform mixing, packaging, labeling, and packing of products. Comply with safety, order, and cleanliness standards in the work area. Assist in inventory control of raw materials and finished goods. Report deviations, incidents, or anomalies occurring during the process. Ensure accurate execution of production instructions. **Requirements** Minimum education: Completed junior high school (high school diploma or technical/vocational degree preferred). Experience: Minimum 6 months in operational roles within industry (manufacturing, mining, food, chemical, or similar). Availability to work rotating shifts.
