Machine Operation Operate and control stapling and gluing machines to ensure precise and efficient assembly. Adjust machine settings according to product specifications. Monitor machine operation to ensure optimal performance. Quality and Precision Inspect products to verify compliance with quality standards. Ensure each stapling and gluing operation is precise, guaranteeing the final product's durability. Production Management and Tracking Maintain detailed production records (quantities, timelines, and improvements). Resolve minor issues to optimize machine performance. Meet production deadlines to ensure operational efficiency. Requirements to Apply Minimum 3 years of experience operating stapling and gluing machines or in similar roles. Basic knowledge of industrial machinery maintenance. Ability to perform technical adjustments and troubleshoot machine issues. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
